RETURN POLICY

We want you to love your Shoot the Hip piece. Each garment is built with care, intention, and an understanding that small variations are part of its story. If something isn’t quite right, here’s how we handle returns.

 

 

Change of Mind Returns

•We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

•Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags attached.

•A proof of purchase (order number) is required.

•Returns for change of mind are issued as store credit or exchange unless otherwise agreed.

•Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

 

Faulty or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or with a confirmed defect, please contact us at Dispatch@shootthehip.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

•Once assessed and verified, we’ll arrange a repair, replacement, or refund to your original payment method.

•Refunds are issued only for confirmed damaged or faulty goods.

•Minor variations in tone, distressing, fabric grain, or construction are inherent to our process and not considered faults — they are evidence of the garment’s reconstruction and individuality.

 

 

Post-Wear Repairs

Our garments are designed to evolve with wear. Should a piece develop a structural issue after use, we may be able to repair or reconstruct it following a quality assessment.

Shipping Costs for Returns

•Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is confirmed faulty.

•Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

 

 

Processing Time

•Please allow 5–10 business days for your return to be processed once received.

•Refunds will be credited to your original payment method (banks may require an additional 5–10 business days to finalize).

•Store credit will be issued via email.

 

 

International Orders

•We ship globally.

•Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

•Return shipping for international orders is also the customer’s responsibility unless the item is confirmed faulty.

 

We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet these conditions.

Every Shoot the Hip garment is made to last, wear, and remember — please handle with care and consideration.

 

Shipping & Delivery Policy

We do our best to ship each order swiftly and securely from our studio in the United States. Every parcel is packed by hand — from our hands to yours.

 

 

Processing Times

•Orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

•You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships.

•During peak periods, sales, or drops, dispatch may take slightly longer.

 

 

Domestic Shipping (USA)

•All orders ship via USPS or UPS, depending on your region and order size.

•Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days.

•Express options are available at checkout for an added fee.

 

 

International Shipping

•Delivery times vary by destination, generally 7–21 business days.

•Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local charges.

•These fees are outside our control and are not included in your purchase total.

 

 

Tracking Your Order

•All parcels include tracking, sent via email once dispatched.

•Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

 

 

Lost or Missing Parcels

Once a parcel leaves our studio, it becomes the responsibility of the postal carrier.

If tracking shows “delivered” but your order hasn’t arrived:

•Check with neighbors, building managers, or safe-drop locations.

•Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.

•If still unresolved, contact us at Dispatch@shootthehip.com and we’ll assist where possible.

Shoot the Hip is not responsible for parcels lost or stolen after being marked as delivered.

 

 

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping details before confirming your order.

We can’t take responsibility for parcels delayed, lost, or returned due to incomplete or incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

 

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except where required by law.
